Friday 4:15-5:15pm > ALTERNATING CLASS

Friday 5:15-6:15pm > YOGA

Saturday 7:15am > 30min Group Meditation

Saturday 8-9am > Back to Basics Yoga

Saturday 9-10am > Pre/Postnatal Yoga

* The alternating classes will change each week, and will be different each time its offered, it will include Kickboxing/Yoga, Circuit Training, Pilates, Cardio/Strength, HIIT & Barre classes.
