* The alternating classes will change each week, and will be different on Tuesday vs Friday, they will include Kickboxing/Yoga, Circuit Training, Pilates, Cardio/Strength

Full Moon Gong Meditation РThe power of the full moon and the vibrational sound of the gong will combine for a relaxing and healing effect. The evening will begin with a Kundalini Yoga full moon meditation. This will be followed by a 45 minute Gong Bath. You will lie on your yoga mat, drapped in a warm blanket as the waves of sound wash over your body. As our bodies are 80% water, the sound vibration begins to resonate throughout your body.
