FAQ’S

  • Yes! Most of our services can be covered by insurance, we are happy to submit on your behalf.

  • No, we offer preventative dental hygiene services by Registered Dental Hygienists. Should they detect any areas of concern, we can make a referral to a Dentist for further treatment.

  • There are currently no studies that show that teeth whitening has negative effects on pregnant women, or on their children. That being said, there aren’t studies showing it is safe either, so for that reason we don’t recommend teeth whitening when pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Yes! We happily accept anyone qualified under the CDCP.

  • We do welcome referrals, but a doctor’s referral is not typically required to access our services. In some cases, a referral is necessary for massage and chiropractic, so we recommend you call your insurance company to determine this prior to your visit.

  • We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Individuals who fail to do so may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the scheduled service. Your appointment time is reserved for you, should you require to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

  • You will want to wear comfortable clothing; athleisure wear is suitable to allow your therapist the ability to provide necessary treatment.
