Infrared Sauna
Unlike a traditional sauna that primarily heats the surrounding air, an infrared sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body more directly. This creates a comfortable, deeply warming experience- often at a lower temperature than a conventional sauna.
Potential Benefits
Regular infrared sauna sessions may help support:
Relaxation and stress reduction
Temporary relief of muscle tension and stiffness
Circulation and post-exercise recovery
Restful sleep
A healthy-looking complexion
Overall feelings of well-being
What to expect
During your private session, you’ll relax in the gentle warmth of the sauna as your body gradually begins to perspire. Sessions can be adjusted based on your comfort and experience level. Be sure to arrive well hydrated and drink plenty of water during and following your session.
Kala Light Therapy
Kala Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to gently support the Boyd at a cellular level. The treatment is non-invasive, does not use UV light and produces little to no uncomfortable heat.
Potential Benefits
Kala Light Therapy may help support:
Healthy-looking skin
Collagen production and skin rejuvenation
Temporary relief of minor muscle and joint discomfort
Exercise recovery
Circulation
Relaxation and overall wellness
What to expect
Simply relax while the light is positioned over your body. The experience is comfortable, calming and requires no downtime. Light therapy can be enjoyed on its own or after other treatments (massage, chiropractic, reflexology, etc.).
